Greater Tampa REALTORS® and Pinellas REALTOR® Organization/Central Pasco REALTOR® Organization Unveil New Consumer Ad Campaign 

Tampa, FLA. (November 4, 2024)— Greater Tampa REALTORS® (GTR) and Pinellas REALTOR® Organization/Central Pasco REALTOR® Organization (PRO/CPRO) launched their first-ever unified consumer ad campaign, Only A REALTOR®, which showcases the key and personal moments of working with a REALTOR®. Through a series of advertisements and social media posts, the campaign connects the relationship between consumers and REALTORS® and portrays why REALTORS® are the trusted source when buying or selling a home. It also emphasizes the expertise, professionalism and value that REALTORS® bring to the process. 

REALTORS® adhere to a code of ethics, providing peace of mind to clients throughout the entire real estate process. By choosing a REALTOR®, clients can trust that they are working with a professional who has their best interests at heart. Most importantly, REALTORS® provide compassion and kindness during changing chapters in their clients' lives.

The campaign launched on November 4. It is broken down into 30, 15, 10, and 6-second spots and will air on cable television, digital apps, social media platforms, and branded content outlets. The campaign uses a real-life emotional connection and cinematography to reveal that during the most significant transaction in someone's life, REALTORS® are always by their side. It will also reach the Spanish-speaking community with ads in Spanish. GTR + PRO/CPRO teamed up with award-winning Orlando-based ad agency &Barr and licensed the rights to this campaign from Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie REALTORS®. Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors® association was inspired by the National Association of REALTORS® ‘That’s Who We R’ campaign that launched in 2019 to create a national movement to ensure consumers understand the essential role of REALTORS® and the critical value and counsel they bring to every real estate transaction.
