We are thrilled to unveil our new consumer ad campaign! There's never been a more vital time than now to reach consumers and showcase the value that REALTORS® bring to the table. So we partnered with our neighbors to the southeast, the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®, and adopted the "Only a REALTOR®" campaign.   

Our new commercial emphasizes the selling side, focusing on empty nesters. This 30-second spot, titled "Box of Memories," hits home with so many residents in the Tampa Bay area during those transitional years in their lives. It pulls on the consumer's heartstrings and triggers a personal and emotional connection.

Our mission with the consumer campaign is to reinforce the message in our communities that REALTORS® are professional, ethical, and competitively driven for their clients. 

It’s essential to communicate the role of a REALTOR®, reminding consumers that by using a REALTOR®, they have a professional who can offer experience, transparency, choice, and efficiency through independent, local broker marketplaces.

  • Yes, there is a Spanish version of our commercial. We are targeting ads directly to Spanish-speaking consumers in the Tampa Bay area.

  • The consumer campaign is a prospecting campaign. We will measure success by using metrics of impressions, click-through rates, and overall engagement with consumers.
